UBH Denton Selects Dux PR to Increase Hospital’s Visibility in North Texas, Southern Oklahoma
CANTON, Texas, July 12, 2010 – University Behavioral Health of Denton, an Ascend Health Corporation mental health hospital, has selected Dux Public Relations as its public relations agency of record, to build visibility for its range of specialty mental health programs and for the hospital itself.
One of the first projects will involve promotion of the UBH Denton “Breaking Free” program, in which the hospital works with former NFL football star Herschel Walker as a spokesman. The program addresses adults who face multiple mental health disorders or a combination of mental illness and drug or alcohol dependency.
On an ongoing basis, Dux will work to increase awareness throughout the north Texas-southern Oklahoma region about the range of services that UBH Denton offers. This includes other special programs in areas such as military personnel and their families, women, children, and faith-based treatment.
